The room was well-appointed, nicely decorated and complete with a hairdryer, a fridge, for instance. The staff was very very kind and exceptionally nice throughout the day. The location was marvellous, not too far from Lamai City Center.

I loved the spacious Beautiful Double room that was cleaned daily and had an en suite bathroom, safety box, and minibar. The pool area was fantastic, and I had it to myself most of the time. Plus, the resort's quiet atmosphere combined with beautiful nature all around.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
The hotel is fine with a gorgeous pool area that offers a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The clean facilities reflect the staff's dedication, especially with the pool guy going above and beyond to maintain its beauty. Plus, the nearby restaurants and night market.

Nothing, it was old,,dirty, the reception staff were extremely rude, they tried to rip us off as often as they could.
This resort is poorly maintained, the rooms were extremely average, my son had to be moved 3 times because he could not get wifi, which we had to pay for. I had booked a twin room, they didnt have any so I had to pay extra for my sons room. The breakfast was disgusting, they served pizza for breakfast one morning, the croissants were over a week old. The only decent breakfast items were the toast, fruit and eggs.

We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and the peaceful atmosphere at the resort. The staff was very friendly. With our young baby in tow, the clean facilities and nearby busier areas were convenient for us.
My wife says that the stairs were quite a workout for families.
